Choose the product you wish to order.
Add this product to your basket.
Click on the basket icon at the top right of the menu bar.
Check that the contents of the basket are what you want.
Click on the “order” button.
Fill in the billing address.
Add the delivery address (if different from the billing address).
Choose your delivery option: “delivery only” or “delivery + installation”.
Fill in the additional delivery information if required.
Select your payment method, accept the terms and conditions, then proceed to checkout.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will be taken to an order confirmation page.
You will receive an order confirmation email.

For online orders, we currently only accept payment by credit card.

The bankcard payment solution available on our site is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified, which corresponds to the highest security standard on the market.

It is offered by a payment institution approved by the ACPR, the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution of the Banque de France. To obtain this banking authorisation, payment service providers must comply with very strict requirements concerning security rules, governance and internal control systems, and capital ratios.

For any safe weighing over 200kg, we require delivery + installation. Delivery only (courier service) This delivery option corresponds to a delivery to the doorstep of your residence. Delivery + installation This delivery option includes the delivery of the safe or strongbox to your premises. Its cost varies depending on the number of floors to be climbed. It also includes securing the safe or strongbox to a concrete floor, commissioning, and training on the configuration and use of the lock.

Following the delivery of your order, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days to submit a withdrawal request or inform us of any anomalies. You can initiate your return request by clicking on this link: order tracking. Please enter your order number and email address. Right of Withdrawal In the case of a withdrawal request, return costs are exclusively borne by the customer. Given the weight and volume characteristics of the products, FICHET is responsible for the product’s retrieval at the customer’s expense. In this case, the return costs of the product will be an amount equal to the price paid by the customer for the product delivery, plus 30% due to the product’s reconditioning. Non-Conformity It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the delivered product in the presence of the carrier or installer, and in case of anomalies, defects, or missing items, to issue reservations on the delivery note, or possibly refuse the product and notify FICHET in writing within a maximum of 3 days (excluding public holidays) from the receipt of the product. During your return request, you will be prompted to provide any evidence regarding the reality of the observed anomalies or defects by sending photographs. FICHET reserves the right to verify the anomalies or defects. In the case of proven non-conformity, FICHET will offer, at the customer’s choice, either the replacement of the product within the limits of stock availability or a refund. In these cases, the costs associated with the replacement or return of the product are borne by FICHET.
